A GUIDE FOR OWNERS & STAKEHOLDERS

Kimura at a glance.

Martial arts academy management, built on Salesforce.

In active development. Website tours use synthetic data. Recreated app views and planned concepts are labeled separately; this brief does not establish general availability.

Who it is intended for

Academy owners, front-desk teams and coaches coordinating people, memberships, trials, classes, attendance and program-specific progression. Public member and parent experiences remain planned.

What you can evaluate

In development
Academy operations, inquiry/trial workflows, class planning, check-in, attendance, linked lesson viewing and program-specific progression.
Preview only
Internal staff portal simulation and synthetic promotion certificate preview. Certificates are PREVIEW — NOT ISSUED; issuance, PDF generation, storage, signatures and email delivery remain unfinished.
Planned concepts
Public member/parent portals, expanded resource creation and video services, payment processing, merchandise, private lesson scheduling and other roadmap experiences. Not released services or dated commitments.

Attendance adds context; an authorized owner makes a promotion decision. Ranks remain specific to each program. Website portraits are fictional and illustrate proposed photo treatment.

The Salesforce foundation

Connected records, configured access, reporting tools and adaptable data structures. Availability depends on Kimura implementation, Salesforce edition, licensing and configuration. Integrations are not assumed.

Before an academy rollout

  • Discuss programs, locations, staff roles and daily priorities.
  • Review current systems, migration needs, onboarding and training.
  • Confirm implementation scope, licensing, pricing, support and availability.

Pricing is not published. Walkthrough and pilot availability are not yet confirmed. General product inquiries are welcome.

Review with your team

Use the synthetic demo for these three tasks. Ask each reviewer what felt clear, what was missing and what would matter during a busy session.

  1. From owner priorities, plan a trial and return to the overview. Can you find the saved handoff at check-in?
  2. Open the session lesson. Is the teaching context useful to a coach?
  3. Review a promotion. Can you explain why attendance alone does not approve it, and which capabilities remain planned?

Record observations locally with your team. This website does not collect review responses.
